Another night photo from Valley of Fire in Nevada
This area is called the bee-hives because of the shape the rock formations have formed into what look like bee-hives, very cool place, the rock formations in this park are just unreal

This photo is dedicated to * buildingclimber who really appreciates this area and has some fond memories of Valley of Fire :)

Wow, this exposure is so perfect. It really looks like daytime. I've been wanting to experiment with long exposure for a long time. Need to get me a tripod and shutter release cord. Fantastic photo.
I love night photography, I'm hanging out for a camera that can do some stuff like this :D

brilliant capture, great colours, got any tech info?

This is great - well composed for being shot in darkness! What I don't quite understand is the lighting. Obviously the moon was the main light source, but how high was it in the sky? I'm probably mistaken, but the light source looks low. Was there any other ambient light? And how did you find your way around in the dark anyhow?!

All these questions! Sorry. Anyway, I like the unique study of this rock formation, but I think I prefer your first Valley of Fire night photo a bit more for it's grand sweeping scale. Both are excellent photos, though. Your consistence in quality would make any photographer jealous!
Another wonderful extended exposure shot! Can't wait for more.
