I had to snooze a security guard for about two hours to get access to this shot, acually he turned out to be a very nice person and tipped me off about this island in the middle of a lake on the golf coarse. All I can say is locals know all! Photo taken 3:30am with a stunning full moon 45 seconds at F4.0 and 400iso Damn, im tired! |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I love the way the moonlight rays reach downward, almost enfolding the little island, creating a tent of light around it. The soft mist around the lake gives it a mysterious atmosphere, it seems so quiet and magical. As does the faint glow right above the tree line. It's such a peaceful image to look at, feels very soothing. Lovely shot, really.
